We believe in making AI accessible to every employee. That’s why each plan has a simple flat fee per firm for our software and algorithms, up to the plan’s user limit. Setup fees limited to one month of subscription fees. AI token (LLM usage) costs are not included in the flat fee and are charged separately.
Mindro runs as SaaS, fully in Europe, leveraging the best tools and LLMs available. For the Institutional plan, a private-cloud version is available: Mindro then runs in your private cloud, and the costs for these services and models are included in your cloud provider’s bill for easy tracking and budgeting.
In a private-cloud setup, Mindro uses AI services provided by your cloud provider out of the box. We also integrate with top-tier proprietary LLM models (e.g. OpenAI API) in your private cloud. If you opt for this setup, the associated costs will be billed directly to you by the LLM supplier.
